Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc. specializes exclusively in multi-family brokerage and advisory. The multi-family business encompasses a unique set of disciplines necessary to successfully advise/assist the prudent owner/investor with acquisitions and disposition options.
We are a "hands-on" firm in which the principals are directly involved in every aspect of your transaction. We desire to be all things to some, not all things to everyone.

Larry Schedler formed this "boutique firm" which has remained small by design, so that it could focus on relationships. In addition to an extensive data base of market information and specifics on over 90,000 units within our market area, our company prides itself on identifying and assessing opportunities which may not be so obvious. We have this ability because we know our market, product, the players and their motivations. Many opportunities never come on the open market, and we have a proven track record of being able to identify these opportunities for our clients.
Our relationship approach to the market has proved successful. Since 1989, Larry Schedler has dominated the Louisiana multi-family market in sales, and has been recognized for achieving the highest volume of transactions throughout the State and specifically the metro New Orleans SMSA.
